What agencies ask us
Will you approach my clients?+
No. We never offer our services to a client you've entrusted to us. It's written into the agreement, along with a confidentiality commitment.
Can you work from our mockups?+
Yes. You send us the design, we build it faithfully and you approve it on a test address before it goes live.
Under whose name does the work appear?+
With white label, under yours: the test address, documents and e-mails don't mention Neuron-e.
Who talks to the end client?+
You decide. With white label, we always go through you; with the other options, we can talk directly with your client.
Who invoices the client?+
If you refer or introduce a client, we invoice them and you receive your commission. When reselling, you invoice them yourself.
In whose name are the domain and hosting?+
In your client's name, with Infomaniak in Switzerland, or in yours if you manage their services. We agree on this in the agreement.
Who handles support after launch?+
We do, for you or for your client depending on the option: updates, small changes and urgent fixes.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No. No fee and no minimum volume: the agreement applies to the projects you entrust to us.
